Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MyTorahKidsTV account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the MyTorahKidsTV app on your device.
Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon at the top right of the home screen.
Solve the parent verification math problem.
Scroll to the Account & Profiles section.
Tap Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps (warning → re-authenticate → type DELETE).

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your parent account (email, login credentials)
All kid profiles you created
All favorites saved by any profile
All watch history
All screen-time / parental-control usage records

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and immediate. There is no recovery period. Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all data are removed and cannot be restored.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer open the app and need your account deleted, please contact us with the email address used to register, and we will process the deletion within 7 days:

Data we do not store

MyTorahKidsTV does not store payment information directly — subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on your platform. To cancel a subscription or request a refund, please use the relevant store's account settings.
