Effective date: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of the MyTorahKidsTV application and website (together, the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
MyTorahKidsTV ("we", "us", or "our") provides a Torah educational video and audio streaming service designed for Jewish children. The App is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who creates and manages the account.
By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any child profiles you create and supervise. If you are using the App on behalf of a family, you are responsible for everyone who uses your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial, family use. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
MyTorahKidsTV offers optional premium access through auto-renewing subscriptions. A subscription unlocks all premium content, up to 8 child profiles, all themes, all avatars, and playback on up to 5 concurrent devices.
The current price of each plan, in your local currency, is shown inside the App and on the App Store / Google Play product page before you confirm any purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and partial periods are not refunded. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time — in-app via Settings → Delete Account, or by following the steps at our Delete Account page.
All videos, audio, artwork, text, and other materials in the App are owned by us or our content partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. The content is provided for personal, educational, and religious use within a family. You may not copy, download (except as the App allows), record, redistribute, or publicly perform the content without our written permission.
You agree not to:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a parent or guardian. The App is designed for use by children under parental supervision and complies with applicable children's privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR, CCPA where they apply).
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The religious and educational content is provided for learning purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or rabbinic advice. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTorahKidsTV and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
